Sasso & Company has been hard at work in the studio since September creating new work and bringing new life to some of our fan favorite repertoire! One of the best parts of creating new work is getting to share it with you! Fortunately, we have a really packed performance season in progress.
Performing, Creating, and Connecting, oh my!
The company kicked off their performing season at 12 Dancers Dancing: a Christmas in Cambridge alongside 11 other wonderful local talents. Next up, we tackled the NACHMO (National Choreography Month) challenge of creating and performing an entire new work within the month of January using choreographic prompts and improvisation. It was hard work that resulted in a really fun, bluesy new trio.
That was just the start!
There is so much more dance to be created! We have a lot of fun opportunities for you to come out and support the arts and Sasso & Company in and around Boston!
Movement Filtration 
Sasso & Company and Colleen Roddy have teamed up to create a great night of contemporary dance and craft beer at Dorchester Brewing Company!

3rd Life Choreographer’s Series
Sasso & Company will be debuting a brand new piece of repertoire!
This is a wonderful night to share the space with incredible local talents debuting works in progress and receive feedback from dance enthusiasts.

Empower One Another
Produced and presented by Nozama Dance Collective and OnStage Dance Company
Sasso & Company is pairing with independent choreographer Cayley Dorr to collaboratively create a piece about women’s empowerment for this exciting weekend of dance.
Additionally, we will be sharing two of our favorite pieces of active repertoire with you!

GoodTHANG Passing
An interdisciplinary arts and movement THANG sponsored and coordinated annually by Paul Kafka-Gibbons.
Performances occur from 9am-5pm with a suggested donation of $5.
Audience members have the opportunity to see an array of incredible local area arts talents. Sasso & Company is excited to be performing in this amazing line up!

Providence Movement Festival
This annual festival showcases the most daring and interesting dance happening in Providence, Rhode Island and beyond.

Sasso & Company Presents: Days Gone By
This weekend of performances will be the culmination of our season’s work and will feature a World Premiere piece, fan favorite repertoire, and a few of our season’s highlighted debut works.
